Delayed Payment (Auth/Capture)
The ability to pre-authorise a credit card to check for sufficient funds, validate a customer’s address and then debit the customer’s credit card later when the goods are shipped, can improve cash collection efficiencies and reduce charge backs. This feature is ideal for businesses where stock levels are kept to a minimum or shipping delays may occur.

Multi-currency

Support
TNS believes technology should be viewed as a tool to help you do business. Our experienced payments support team can assist you and your developers to enable you to successfully undertake e-commerce business. This includes working with your bank and developers/hosting company to ensure smooth and optimal integration. When your payments solution is running in a live environment, the same payments support team is there to assist you in solving any payments issues should any arise.

Email Reporting
We provide daily, weekly or monthly email reports that are distributed directly to you via email or SFTP. These reports can be distributed to multiple recipients and contain a complete audit trail of your transactions. As an additional benefit, there are also multi-merchant email reports designed to collate all of your merchant processing accounts into one email report.

Administration Portal
Our online Merchant Administration tool allows you to perform searches, create reports and perform refunds for completed transactions. You can also establish multiple users with different sets of permissions such as payments only or view only, aligned to the job function of the individual(s).
