Online Real Time Manual Card Entry (MOTO) If you are processing mail order, telephone order or manual payments, the Merchant Administration Virtual Terminal product is easy and straightforward to use. Access to this function is through a secure SSL website, so you can access it wherever you have an internet connection 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This solution allows for the credit card information to be entered and processed online real-time, meaning that you receive the authorization result immediately.
This Merchant Administration product also allows you to perform searches, reporting and perform refunds for completed transactions. You can also establish multiple users with different sets of permissions such as payments only or view only, aligned to the job function of the individual.

SafePay Lite SafePay Lite is an ideal product for small to medium sized businesses that are looking for an inexpensive, secure and simple to implement solution that provides a way in which to process credit card payments over the internet.
This easy to install and setup payment solution, uses secure hosted web page technology which provides access to TNS’ world class reliability and scalability – at a lower price to suit basic business requirements.
With connectivity to all major banks, SafePay Lite allows you to process all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and JCB, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, meaning your customers have convenience of buying goods or services from your website 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

How SafePay Lite works:
- The cardholder enters their card payment details that are collected by a hosted order form, which is easily integrated into your website or shopping cart.
- The payment details are securely collected by the SafePay Lite product
- The Credit Card details are safely stored on the TNS Payment Server and passed onto, real time, to the Bank or Financial Institution for processing.
- Upon completion of the transaction being processed, a confirmation is sent to you and your customer. E.g. Approved or Declined.
- Funds from approved transactions are processed and paid into your designated account in accordance with your Bank or Financial Institutions settlement arrangement. In most cases this is overnight.
- Total average transaction processing time is 3 seconds.

SafePay Standard also provides simpler paths to accepting online payments. You can choose to receive and store customers’ credit card details (2 party) or if you wish to avoid the complexity of security compliance, we can provide you with a hosted payment screen for the customer to enter their card details when they click the pay or checkout button on your site (3 party). In this scenario, TNS’ PCI DSS compliant payment server stores the card details on your behalf.

How SafePay Standard works:

- If under a 3 party model, the payment details are securely collected by the SafePay Standard product
- The Credit Card details are safely stored on the TNS Payment Server and passed onto, real time, to the Bank or Financial Institution for processing.
- If under a 2 party model, your website will collect the card details and securely transmit the data to the TNS Payment Server.
- The Credit Card details are then again safely stored on the TNS Payment Server and passed onto, real time, to the Bank or Financial Institution for processing
- Upon completion of the transaction being processed, a confirmation is sent to you and your customer. E.g. Approved or Declined.
- Funds from approved transactions are processed and paid into your designated account in accordance with your Bank or Financial Institutions settlement arrangement. In most cases this is overnight.
